Palettes
Quilters have always worked with a color story: a curated set of fabrics and colors that hold a design together. In BloqLoft, that color story is a palette. It keeps your choices consistent and makes assigning fills fast.
Colors vs. fabrics
Palettes can contain solid colors, fabric swatches, or a mix of both. Use solid colors when you're sketching or planning a layout. Switch to fabrics when you're ready to commit to your stash.
Both types work the same way in the color picker. Tap a swatch to apply it to the selected patch.
Where palettes appear
Your active palette shows up in the color picker in both the Block Editor and Quilt Editor. You can switch between palettes at any time without affecting the fills already assigned to your design.
